考虑溯源系统应用的优质农产品双渠道供应链决策研究

优质农产品溯源系统的引入,既能提升有效供给、缩短流通时间,又能降低流通中的数量损耗和价值损失,由此带来了双渠道供应链系统在投资、销售、定价等方面的系列决策问题。考虑制造商开辟电子渠道、从溯源系统降低流通损耗和提高质量出发,分别构建制造商主导型的双渠道供应链决策模型。通过对比分析应用前后各成员在投资、定价及销售方面的最优策略,得到相关的核心边界值。数值仿真结果表明:核心边界值主要与双重损耗的改善程度及其他参数相关,各成员及系统接受溯源系统的应用成本不同,应用成本对各渠道销量的影响程度亦不相同,但各成员调整定价的应用成本边界值是一致的。

Tunable multichannel drop filters based on the two-dimensional photonic crystal with oval defects

Light propagation through the channel filter based on the two-dimensional photonic crystals with oval-rod defects is studied by the finite-difference time-domain method. In addition to the traditional size tuning, shape alteration of the defects from the usual circle to the ellipse offers a powerful approach to tune the resonant frequency of channel-drop filters based on two-dimensional photonic crystals. It is found that the resonant frequency can be flexibly adjusted only by changing the orientation angle of the oval defects. The sensitivity of the resonant frequency to the alteration of the oval rods’ rotation angle is systematically studied. Because the rotation angles of the ellipse can be continuously adjusted, so the channel drop filter based on this kind of defects with different rotation angles is more suitable to the occasion where a large number of output channel filters is need.

Triple condensation of aryl methyl ketones catalyzed by amine and trifluoroacetic acid: straightforward access to 1,3,5-triarylbenzenes under mild conditions

An efficient triple condensation reaction of aryl methyl ketones catalyzed by ethylenediamine and trifluoroacetic acid was reported. A broad scope of 1,3,5-triarylbenzenes was obtained in good to excellent yields. The reaction provides a novel and practical approach to access organic materials of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons under mild conditions.     

2,7-萘二磺酸阴离子导向五元瓜环基超分子自组装体的制备及其荧光检测性能

通过引入2,7-萘二磺酸(2,7-NDA^2-)阴离子作为结构导向剂,与五元瓜环(Q[5])和过渡金属离子(Co²⁺、Ni²⁺、Zn²⁺、Cd²⁺)在水热条件下制备了4种新颖的Q[5]基超分子自组装体(Q[5]-SA),即{[M (H₂O)₄(Q[5])]·(NDA)}·xH₂O (M=Co (1)、Ni (2)、Zn (3))和{[Cd₂Cl₂(H₂O)₄(Q[5])]·(NDA)}·13H₂O (4)。单晶X射线衍射测试结果表明,自组装体1~3同构,其中Q[5]仅一端的部分端口羰基氧原子与金属离子配位形成简单配合物;而4中Q[5]的2个端口均与金属离子Cd²⁺配位形成了一维配位链。在自组装体1~4中,配体2,7-H₂NDA均全脱质子,形成2,7-NDA^2-阴离子平衡体系电荷,但均未能与金属离子配位,而在2,7-NDA^2-阴离子与Q[5]外壁之间的瓜环外壁作用下进一步形成三维超分子结构。此外,还研究了自组装体1和4的荧光传感性能,结果表明它们都能够作为抗生素诺氟沙星(NFX)的比率型荧光探针。     

发育期适度缺铁性贫血致新生豚鼠耳蜗毛细胞凋亡

目的观察孕期和哺乳期适度缺铁性贫血诱导子代豚鼠耳蜗毛细胞凋亡。方法 12只受孕豚鼠随机分为两组(对照组和适度缺铁性贫血组)。子代豚鼠于出生后9 d断乳,行畸变产物耳声发射(distortion product otoacoustic emission,简称DPOAE)检测听力;分离耳蜗,行全基底膜铺片,用原位末端转移酶标记技术(terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP-biotin nickend-labelling,简称TUNEL)染色和免疫组化检测毛细胞凋亡情况。结果孕期和哺乳期铁适度缺铁性贫血致子代豚鼠听力损伤,耳蜗毛细胞凋亡发生,caspase-3/9免疫阳性表达。结论孕期和哺乳期铁缺乏适度缺铁性贫血可诱导子代豚鼠耳蜗毛细胞凋亡发生。
